Social Responsibility

Our attitude towards society is based on consistent corporate social responsibility. Some of the bases of our concept are coordinating our work with environment-friendly initiatives through a responsible eco-policy and supporting Bulgarian education, culture and young talents. Expanding the scope of our activities beyond economic ones and including social activities is a way to express our commitment to society.

Implementation of our social responsibility policy begins in our offices — by ensuring safe and healthy working environment, opening new job positions, arranging various trainings for personnel development, as well as programs for education and upgrading skills.

Here are some details on our activities in that area:

Social responsibility towards personnel

Part of our conception is constant maintaining and raising our employees' qualification and taking care of their corporate insurance and social protection. For that purpose we undertake various activities, such as arranging attendance at different seminars and conducting of training programs. Some of arte.doc's employees attended training seminars, conducted by the European Commissions and also at WebIT conferences. Recently we held an educational and informational seminar on "Compulsory and voluntary pension insurance".

Art

We support Bulgarian culture and art. In 2010 arte.doc donated funds for the anniversary concert of the "Sofia teachers' choir", held in June 2010 in "Bulgaria" hall in Sofia.

Supporting disadvantaged people

In 2010 we donated funds for financing the treatment of three retired persons. Since 2007 we have been supporting children from "Asen Zlatarov" Orphanage in Vratsa. In 2010 we also supported two of the children from the orphanage with education scholarships for universities — Anatoli Alexandrov and Gavril Stefanov. These young people are founders of the Association for support of socially disadvantaged children "Hope for Us", for which you can learn more on this website:www.hopeforus.net

Education and young talents

There is no other investment more valuable than people themselves. That is why we think that attracting and developing young talents is of great importance. Our agency is engaged in conducting trainee programs for stimulating the development of young people in Bulgaria, giving them an opportunity to gain practical experience by putting their knowledge in action. arte.doc is helping also by providing materials and tools for the classes at schools. In order to promote the physical culture among children, in 2010 we donated sports appliances and apparatus for the physical education classes at "Sv. Sv. Kiril I Metodiy" 98th Primary School in Sofia.
