Translation and Localization Company arte.doc's "Internship Program — 2012" gained wide response and became object of high interest among the young people who want to enhance their knowledge and to start their walk on the path of professional translation.
A specially formed committee of translators, editors and project managers carefully reviewed the submitted applications and shortlisted 10 participants for the second phase. During that phase each of them was given a sample text for translation for evaluation of their knowledge of the source and the target language. Read more ...

Zero Internet Marketing Seminar

The fourth Zero Internet Marketing Seminar to which arte.doc is a partner was held on 7 June 2012 in Inter Expo Center in Sofia. Part of our team joined the event and learned some of the secrets for a working low-budget marketing campaign on the Internet. The participants were introduced to some quite interesting information combined with dynamic presentation. The lectors – Boril Bogoev, Ognyan Mladenov, Ivo Iliev, Julian Borislavov and Alexander Nenov – won the attention of the audience while talking about this year's issue of the seminar subjects — successful copywriting, website optimizing, social media marketing, viral marketing and other. While learning practical and useful advices, participants were introduced to such diverse topics such as the ancient Maya codices, the latest updates in Google, what is likeonomy and how to use the power of videos. The seminar concluded with a lottery and three lucky winners.

In the context of the commemorating 50 years since the birth of Petya Dubarova and the events related to that, in April 2012 Translation and Localization Company arte.doc celebrated the work of the poetess with a competition for young translator in which the contestants had to translate one of Petya Dubarova's works to one of EU's official languages.

Youth Forum “Youth Employment”

Representatives of Translation and Localization Company arte.doc the first of its kind youth forum "Youth Employment. Vision and Challenges – business, state, students, universities", held on 14 May 2012 in Sofia.
The forum's core mission was to initiate a discussion between the government institutions, the business and the higher education in order to help for building a constructive dialogue among them.
The main goal of this conference was to show to the different parties what matters for the other, what are the expectations and the actual possibilities.
The realization of the young people in Bulgaria has always been part of our Agency's focus and a part of our corporate policy with which we strive to support in the best way we can the building of a bridge between the business and the universities.
We're proving this again with our "Internship Programme — 2012", that has become a tradition to us. This year it will run for three months — July, August and September, as in the first month the participants will complete a training course and in the following two months they will have the opportunity to work and be remunerated by way of fees.
